how good do these skimmers work? i have a 28 gallon jbj nano cube quad. any help would be much appreceated.bio cube skimmer. please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

from what ive heard from mutiple people its that the biocube skimmers dont really work that well : /

ditto. i have the air pump turned almost all the way down, since I was getting nothing but a collection cup full of water, and though the skimmer fizzes, it doesn't foam up nor send any organics into the cup.

However, it's still good for aeration, since salt water holds so much less oxygen.
